Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups Self-Raising Flour
  • 1 1/2 cups Sugar
  • 190 g Butter
  • 2 Eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 cups Apples, peeled, sliced and cooked (I gently cooked in a pot of shallow water)
  • 1 cup Sultanas
  • Milk to brush
