Ingredients

  • 200 g (just over ¾ packet) sweet plain biscuits (I used Malt Biscuits)
  • 120 g butter, melted
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp cocoa
  • 2 tbsp finely ground (espresso) coffee beans
  • Cheesecake
  • 120 g dark chocolate (I used Whittaker’s 72% Dark Ghana)
  • 500 g cream cheese, at room temp
  • ¾ cup caster sugar
  • 2 tbsp plain flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup cream
  • 2 tbsp coffee essence* (I use Bushnell’s)
  • Cocoa for dusting
