Ingredients

  • Basic recipe
  • 1 x large or 2 medium pizza bases (bought or homemade*)
  • 1/4 –1/2 cup pizza sauce (use tomato paste/sauce or homemade/commercial pizza sauce)
  • toppings of your choice
  • 200 g grated mozzarella cheese
  • *Homemade pizza base
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 cup wholemeal flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons dried yeast
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • about 200ml warm water, to mix
