Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups flour ( I used rice flour to make it Gluten Free )
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup natural yogurt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil ( I used Canola )
  • 1 1/2 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen
