On the weekend I was caught with a silly cold, there is nothing more than I feel like when I am sick than some comfort food, I was craving nachos, so created a better healthier version
I've long since given up the simultaneous preparation of breakfast and lunch. That means our bed heads will be pouring their own juice and grabbing a breakfast pastry while the rest of us are enjoying a hearty soup and sandwich for lunch
The good thing about these breakfast puds (apart from having pudding for breakfast. ) is that you can make them up the night before and they are ready to eat in the morning with no additional prep
Check out their website here )We were able to enjoy a fabulous, non French, Breakfast, to accompany. Thanks to my friend Lorraine Woods, (who sent me a video by Tip Hero
This time, I decided to combine the flavour of a plate of loaded nachos with the form of a veggie burger, and thus, these vegetarian nacho burgers were born
This is what I have been enjoying recently. batch toasted granola. It’s nothing new, or even particularly exciting, unless, like me, you think warm granola is the sort of thing to write home about
Most days of the working week we have shakes for breakfast or rakes as John likes to call them. I love shakes they are so easy to make, filling and yummy
I had this this morning for breakfast, it was delicious and satisfying, I have a pretty bad sweet tooth in the mornings but sometimes you cant bet a good old egg scramble full of veges to start off the day
I discovered a recipe for Breakfast Apple Shake that seemed easy enough. Cinnamon is the spice of choice right now – it is sprinkled on breakfast with happy abandon (at least I think so, I am not actually present at the breakfast table due to the chaos)

As a Sunday treat for hungry male and myself I tend to make us a nice breakfast. While hungry males liked the full cooked style of breakfast (eggs, bacon etc) I prefer the sweeter things in life, therefore I tend to alternate between sweet and savoury recipes
