Breakfast Scramble (Paleo)
Heat thecoconut oil on a medium to high heat, put inthe mushroom and cook till slightly brown, whisk the egg and apple cider vinegarin a bowl with a fork, add a pinch of salt and some pepper to taste, add the kale to the egg mixture and mix in, add the egg and kale to thefrying pan, add the tomatoes and mix around until the egg is cooked
