Ingredients

  • 1 cup steamed broccoli
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil or butter, melted
  • 3 tbsp coconut nectar, or 1/4 cup coconut sugar (see notes for options)
  • 1/2 cup nut or seed flour (see notes for options)
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour (see notes for options)
  • 1/4 cup chia seed or flaxseed meal (see notes for options)
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 - 1 cup of chocolate chips
