Ingredients

  • 1 recipe of my popular Chocolate Fudge Brownie*
  • 1 punnet raspberries or 2 of strawberries (I find that the raspberries are better for getting a consistent bite size and don’t leak red like the topped strawberries)
  • 100 g white chocolate, I use Whittakers
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 75 g butter, softened
  • 2-3 cups icing sugar, sifted
