Ingredients

  • 180 gm portions
  • 4 tablespoons
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
  • ¾ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 bag Vital Immunity Slaw (or make your own coleslaw)
  • ½ cup
  • 2 tablespoons coriander
  • 1 tablespoon
  • 2-3 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 lime
  • 2-3 minutes Meanwhile combine your coleslaw and sprouts in a large bowl together with the dressing of the minced ginger, soy sauce and honey and drizzle over the slaw

  • 2 tablespoons red curry paste
  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 200 ml water
  • 200 g green beans
  • 1 lime
