Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • 4 onions , finely sliced
  • 4 tablespoons of black rice
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of soya sauce
  • 300 ml of chicken stock (I used Campbell's real salt reduced)
  • 2 tablespoons of Urban Hippie Miso Paste
  • 15 minutes stirring them frequently to prevent burning
