  • 8 rashers of streaky bacon (I like Hellers), grilled and roughly chopped
  • 5 stalks silverbeet, washed, stalks removed and roughly chopped
  • bunch of asparagus, approximately 8 stalks, tough ends removed and chopped into thirds
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 C cream
  • 1/2 C sour cream
  • 1 1/2 C Noble cheese, grated, divided
  • salt & pepper to taste
