Ingredients

  • 1 kg floury potatoes such as Agria, peeled, cut in 1-2cm thick chips
  • 1/4 cup water
  • cooking oil spray
  • 4 slices wholemeal bread, torn
  • 1/3 cup flat-leaf parsley
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 3/4 cup buttermilk or plain yoghurt
  • 500 g chicken tenderloins
