Ingredients

  • 100 grams
  • 2 tsps
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 100 grams chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • 1 stick
  • 1 cm
  • 2 tsps oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 1-2 onions chopped
  • into wedges
  • 2 spring onions
  • 1 tablespoon of the dark soy sauce, the rice wine, and cornstarch in a small bowl; add the beef and stir to coat. Let stand for 10 minutes
