I used The Breville All in One to create a slightly healthier version of the much loved classic, lemon meringuepie, with a gluten-free base, maple-sweetened lemon filling and Italian meringue on top
It consists of two round mound-shaped chocolatecake/cookie/piewith a sweet, creamy filling. I made these chocolate chip whoopiepies by adapting my chocolate brownies recipe, hence the texture is a cross between a soft cookie and chocolate brownie (a bit chewy and moist)
