These patties are terrific and tasty, can be BBQ'ed and used in burgers, or made smaller and eaten in a sandwich or wrap, or served as finger food with a yogurt dip
These little mince patties don't have to be made into burgers. Mix all the ingredients together with gentle handsand for into as many patties as you desire - placing them onto a baking paper lined cookie sheet (I like to have a separate square of baking paper for each patty)
When hot brush pattieswith a little oil and sprinkle each with a pinch of salt. I've brought a little bit of rye flour recently and it adds a really nice nutty and almost malty taste to bread, it worked really well with pork and grilled apple slices on our burgers this evening
Serve soup drizzled with good olive oil and dusted lightly with chili powder if desired. Christmas Salad with Cranberry Vinaigrette Orange Cinnamon Chocolate Chip Cookies
We shared with you our veggie burgers recipe a few months ago and these were our favorite burgers, but because it was our favorite burger recipe, but now these veggie patties are our favorite ones, they are just amazing
“Michael Clayton” Go George – “ Juno” lots of tears and laughter and today we saw the delightful “The Bucket List” with the brilliant talents of Jack Nicolson and Morgan Freeman,
When making a full Indian meal, I tend to use this along with a lamb curry, and a chicken curry, with sides of Bombay potatoes, a really lovely cucumber dish, and a selection of breads (naan and roti)
With damp hands, shape mixture into four oval patties. Place sausage meat, mixed spice and parsley in a bowl and stir to combine (it should not need salt and pepper)
Serve it with Naan bread and use it to scoop up the chunks like we did. It was always accompanied with a pile of hot buttered toast, the thick slab variety of course
I then season with salt and pepper, some dried herbs, and liquid smoke. 1/3 each of lean beef mince, lamb mince and pork mince – the minced pork acts as a binder so there is no need to add egg or breadcrumbs. I use about 35ogm of meat with 1/4 tsp of liquid smoke. 1/3 each of lean beef mince, lamb mince and pork mince
Spray a non stick pan with cooking oil, and fry the patties a few at a time until brown and crisp. Spray a pan with oil, and gently fry the onions garlic and ginger until the onions are soft, but not browned
The pork is the perfect combination of hot, sour, salty and sweet, then, mixed with crunchy Asian coleslaw and chewy, fresh Ciabatta - it couldn't have been better
Step 1 Combine all the ingredients and shape into 6 patties. Cook in a non-stick pan on a medium heat for 5-7 minutes, then flip and cook the other side for 5 minutes until cooked through. Step 2 Serve on warm rolls with hummus or lite mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato or salad ingredients of your choice. 1 apple, peeled and grated, excess juice squeezed out
I will definitely be making this soup again, and next time I'm going to try replacing the curry powder with a little harissa - I think the flavours would be great with the carrots and tomatoes, and the kick of heat won't go astray either
Both CT and I like a bit of chilli with our burgersand normally I would add some to the mix. However, I'd been sent three mini trial pots of Rugeroni's chilli relishes to try out and reasoned that they would be just the right thing to accompany the burgers
