Ingredients

  • 100 g water
  • 100 g bread flour
  • 1 Tbsp of active sourdough starter
  • all of the above starter (appr. 200 g)
  • 180 g warm milk
  • 370 g bread flour
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 Tbsp of melted butter
  • 1 Tbsp of sugar
  • 6 g salt
  • 100 g soft butter
  • 60 g brown sugar
  • 2 tsp of cinnamon
  • 30 minutes before the baking preheat the oven to 200°C (375°F). Place the dutch oven into oven and bake it for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Dust with confectioners' icing to serve
