  • 410 g can Wattie's Apricot Halves in Clear Fruit Juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh white breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
  • pepper
  • oil or lemon juice
  • salt
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup Wattie's Bit on the Side Spiced Apricot Sauce
