Ingredients

  • 1 cup of flour
  • 90 grams of butter
  • 4 tablespoons of castor sugar
  • 3 tablespoons of dessicated coconut
  •

  • 750 grams of feijoas
  • 1/4 cup of crystallised ginger ( I used Budarim)
  • 180 grams of softened butter
  • 3/4 cup of castor sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups of self-rasisng flour
  • 3 eggs ( free range)
  • 2 tablespoons of milk
