  • 190 ml jars
  • 350 g red onions
  • 500 g red apples cored and roughly chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 550 g large
  • 2 tsp mixed spice
  • 350 g muscovado sugar
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 150 ml red wine vinegar
  • 250 ml balsamic vinegar
