  • The Burger
  • 300 gms fresh tuna (doesn’t have to be sashimi quality)
  • 5-6 drops sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon soya sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • Zest 1 lime Juice 1 lime 2 tablespoons spring onions finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons ginger grated
  • 2 tablespoons parsley finely chopped
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Good shake chili flakes
  • Olive oil
