Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Margarine
  • or butter
  • 1 tbsp Garlic
  • 4 Potatoes
  • 3 Carrot
  • 2 Onion
  • 150 g Broccoli
  • 800 ml Vegetable stock or chicken stock
  • 400 ml Water
  • 1-2 Bay leaves
  • 200 ml Whipping cream
  • 2 tsp Cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 300-400 g Salmon
  • 3 cm pieces
  • 150 克 西兰花
  • 300-400 克 三文鱼
