Ingredients

  • 2 large fillets of fish ( I used Tarakihi )
  • 3 tbsp plain flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 50 g butter
  • juice of one lemon
  • handful of fresh italian parsley, chopped roughly
  • handful fresh basil, chopped roughly
