  • 15 mins Total time 15 mins Author: The Bewitchin Kitchen Serves: 10 Ingredients 1½ PC® Gluten Free All-Purpose Flour 2 Tbsp granulated sugar 2 Tsp baking powder ¼ Tsp salt 2 eggs 1½ cups buttermilk 2 Tbsp coconut oil (melted) 2 Tsp pure vanilla Instructions Preheat oven to 250°F, this is to keep the pancakes warm while you finish the batch. In large bowl, whisk together your dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, buttermilk, oil and vanilla. Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and stir until combined. Spray a frying pan with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat. Pour ¼ cup of batter into pan, and cook for about 3 minutes Flip and cook for another two minutes. Transfer to a baking sheet and place in the warm oven while the others cook. 3.5.3208
