Ingredients

  • Hot Cross Buns
  • 35 minutes Prep Time
  • 20 minutes Cook time
  • 20 minutes Yield
  • 20 - 25 buns
  • 1 tsp
  • Sultanas (or currants) - 50g (1/2 cup)
  • 2 tbsp of flour into a cup. Dribble water in and stir until a thick paste forms. Use a piping bag or the side of a teaspoon to draw the crosses on top of each bun.
