Ingredients

  • 2 medium kumara, chopped
  • 2 potatoes, chopped
  • 1 quantity Savoury mince*
  • 1 tablespoon plain flour
  • 1/2 cup chicken or vegetable stock
  • 400 g can lentils, drained, rinsed
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons roughly chopped parsley
  • *Savoury mince
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small leek, finely chopped
  • 2 stalks celery, finely chopped
  • 1 carrot, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • salt and pepper, to season
  • 400 g chicken or pork mince
  • 1 cup chicken or vegetable stock
