Ingredients

  • 180 g self raising flour plus 1 tablespoon pinch of salt
  • 150 g plain fat free yoghurt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 whole lemon
  • zest and juice of 1 lemon 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 150 g raspberries
  • 135 g caster sugar (add 150g-175g for a sweeter cake)
