Now that it’s getting colder it is the perfect excuse to bake yourself a yummy warm pudding. Another bonus about this pudding is that it can all be mixed in the dish you cook it in (I suggest using a Pyrex dish)
Banana Pudding. Turn the pudding onto a serving plate. To serve, drizzle slices of the pudding with the caramel sauce and plate with ice cream or whipped cream

So with the abundance of eggs as well, I was in the kitchen making, Lemon Honey, Sticky Lemon Slice, Crunchy Lemon Muffins, and this recipe for pudding

Sift the self-raising flour and bi-carb into the mixture and mix until well combined. A classic sticky date pudding straight out of the oven and drenched in a pool of butterscotch sauce with a side of whipped cream
Preparation is next to nothing all you need is to bake the fish and while it’s cooking you can make this simple sauce made out of lemon zest, butter and caper which brightens up the already tasty fish
