Drain pasta well and place in a large bowl. Add sliced courgettes and spring onion to the pasta. Thickly slice chicken and add to the pasta and toss well
Add the courgettes to the pasta pot for the final minute of cooking. Cook pasta in plenty of boiling, salted water for 8 to 10 minutes (or according to packet instructions) until just tender
