Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken
  • 2 tbsp
  • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp
  • of finely grated ginger
  • 20 minutes Check the meat is completely cooked by piercing the flesh. If the juice runs clear it is cooked.
