Ingredients

  • 2 floury potatoes, sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, thickly sliced
  • 4 marinated peppers (we used Peppadew Goldew peppers) or 1 orange capsicum, cut in chunks
  • olive oil spray
  • 2 frozen dory fillets
  • 4 tablespoons Cheesy crumbs (see instructions)
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
