Simon and I have been enjoying these Vegetable Frittatas as one of our lunchbox snacks this week. They are a great way to get kids eating more vegetables and eating healthy
Mix together the oil, sugar, golden syrup, egg, and water and set aside. Mix together the Weetbix, dried dates, dried apricots, brazil nuts, cinnamon, coconut, rolled oats, flour and baking powder
And a few steaks and sausages on the barbeque are also reminiscent of a Kiwi Christmas meal. There are lots of things you can do with that turkey which means you don’t need to think about leftover turkey and salad for boxing day… and in the car on the trip to the campsite… and cold with salads at the campsite… etc
