  • 100 g dried figs (approximately 5-6 figs), roughly sliced

  • 30 g cocoa powder
  • ¼ tsp. cloves
  • ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp. nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp. white pepper
  • 150 g caster sugar
  • 150 g clear honey
  • 35 g unsalted butter
  • Icing sugar to decorate
