Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp sugar (or vanilla sugar, if you have it)
  • 116 g of butter, frozen-cold, cut into cubes
  • 3 or 4 tbs cold water
  • 1 butternut squash or sugar pumpkin (or 2 cups pumpkin puree)
  • 2-4 tsp condensed milk
  • 1 375 ml/12oz can Evaporated Milk
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar (or vanilla sugar, if you have it)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs + 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp ground cardamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence (or 1/2 tsp lemon rind)
