  • 250 ml of Chinese rice wine
  • 20 minutes Cooking time
  • 15 minutes Serves

  • 400 g chicken, cut into chunks (I used a mix of chicken drumstick and breast)
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 100 g old ginger, julienned
  • 1 shallot, finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp sesame oil
  • 50 ml water
  • 150 ml Chinese rice wine
  • 1/2 tsp salt
