Ingredients

  • Thyme
  • 800 g ripe pumpkin, cut into thin slices
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1-2 tbsp milk or whipping cream (optional)
  • 2 large onions, halved and thinly sliced
  • 2-3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp salted butter
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
