Ingredients

  • 250 g Self raising flour
  • pinch of salt
  • 50 g margarine
  • or very soft butter
  • 25 g caster sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • water
  • 6 cm cookie cutter
  • 1/2 inch thick and cut into
  • 6 cm circles
  • 10 minutes Allow to cool for about
  • 5-10 minutes and serve fresh with strawberry jam, cream
