Ingredients

  • ¼ cup virgin olive oil

  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese in the bottom of a cup or

  • 1 egg
  • 2/3 cup canola oil
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil - mild flavour works best
  • 1 Tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • several
  • grinds of black pepper
  • Optional: 1-2
  • garlic cloves, chopped
