Ingredients

  • 6 chicken thighs, skinless, bone-in
  • 1/3 cup of brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 3 tbs cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • Good crunch of salt and pepper
  • 3 tbs cornstarch/cornflour
  • 1/3 cup cold water
  • 2 cups of broccoli + 1tsp sesame oil, for frying
  • 3 spring/green onions
  • warm basmati rice, to serve
