Slice the schnitzel into strips.   Remove and set aside then add half the marinated beef. 400g beefschnitzel.   Cook quickly for 2-3 minutes before adding to the onions and cooking the last batch of beef.   When the second batch of beef is cooked (2-3 minutes) add the onion and beef back in that you set aside along with the cooked noodles, broccoli and ½ cup of the cooking water. 400g beefschnitzel. 3-5 minutes Remove and set aside then add half the marinated beef

Tips and Timesavers

Add a teaspoon of water when frying mince or ground beef. A few drops of Tabasco Sauce on cheese, tuna, BLT, chicken, turkey or roast beef sandwiches give a welcome boost
