2 lamb shanks 2-3 cups long grain rice 500g-1kg chicken nibbles/legs/thighs (bone in is fine, even encouraged) 3 plain onions 4 cloves garlic 1-2T medium curry powder 1T malt vinegar fresh coriander (a large handful) 2 cups frozen peas 3T oil large oven dish with lid that can also be used on the stovetop Simmer the lamb shanks in about 6 cups of water for 40 minutes
