I've brought a little bit of rye flour recently and it adds a really nice nutty and almost malty taste to bread, it worked really well with pork and grilled apple slices on our burgers this evening
In a bowl, mix together all burger ingredients with a good seasoning of salt and pepper. Cover and allow to stand 15 minutes before moulding large spoonfuls into meatballs
Step 1 In a large bowl combine falafel mix and vegetables. Mix well and shape into 4 patties. Step 2 Heat a non-stick frying pan with oil spray and fry patties until cooked through
Serve ciabatta and patties with all the bits you love with burgers. After a Sunday roast of pork with pineapple and onion sauce and all the trimmings, then Monday night leftovers I felt like something seriously vege this evening
